From being a football-stunt double and football freestyle actor, working with various sports agencies in London, to starring in major sports advertising campaigns for renowned brands like Nike and Adidas to say the least, my journey in the entertainment industry has been thrilling. As I delved deeper into acting after attending drama school for three years and obtaining an agent, I started to realise the challenges faced due to the lack of diversity in the British TV and film industry. To overcome these obstacles, I took matters into my own hands and started creating my own content by acting,writing, directing, and producing my own films on micro budgets, I sold them directly to the public, receiving positive feedback and building a dedicated following. This experience instilled in me the confidence to explore my talents further.

As my reputation grew, I anticipated that bigger opportunities from established companies would come my way, especially after successfully producing two films with independent investors, and securing distribution deals with various TV channels without representation. But I still wasn’t recognised. Then I started to realise that the industry was overlooking a massive market, the urban market, the balance of talented multicultural people which are thriving in areas like music, football, but underrepresented in TV and Film. The voices of diversity which are lacking on British TV screens, often diluted when they do appear.

This venture would not only benefit me but also provide opportunities for other undiscovered, talented filmmakers, writers, actors, and cameramen whom the industry has failed to acknowledge.
